We understand that access to care can be impacted by financial circumstances. Our practice offers a limited number of sliding-scale rates for uninsured, private-pay clients based on financial need and provider availability.
Sliding-scale requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Approved sliding-scale rates are reviewed every three (3) months and may be adjusted or discontinued at that time.
